Developed by the Consortium coordinated by the University of Bucharest, with the Military Technical Academy “Ferdinand I” and Nextgen Software as project partners, DeDDoS combines advanced detection logic with practical deployment value.

Its core approach includes:

  • AI-based analysis for identifying attack patterns
  • static analysis based on behavioral rules and patterns
  • validation against DDoS scenarios generated in the ATLAS cyber polygon

The platform is designed to detect a broad range of attack types, including:

  • ICMP Flood, UDP Flood, UDP Fragmentation
  • DNS and NTP Amplification
  • SYN, ACK and RST Flood
  • Smurf and Fraggle attacks
  • DNS Query Flood, RUDY, Slowloris, HTTP Flood and HTTP/2 Continuation Flood
